Chocolate Fudge Brownie:  Creamy cheesecake layered with brownies and fudge.  Crusted with oreo cookies.

Oreo Chocolate Chip:  Baked with chocolate chips and oreo cookies with an oreo cookie crust.

Almond Cherry:  Cheesecake layered with almound cherries and chocolate sponge, crusted with oreo cookie crust.

Hazelnut:  Cheesecake baked with ground Hazelnuts crusted with Hazelnut crust.

New York Cheesecake:  Creamy cheese filling crusted with a pecan crust.   

Key lime Cheesecake:  Creamy cheese filling folded with Keylime juice baked on a graham cracker crust.

Pumpkin Cheesecake:  Creamy pumpkin cheese filling with a pecan crust.     

Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake: It is suggested to use the New York and prepare fresh strawberries in House with berry couli

Wild Berry Cheesecake:  An assortment of Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries and Blackberries baked in a cream cheese filling with a pecan crust.

White Russian Cheesecake:  Chocolate gateau layered in a Kahlua chocolate filling and crusted with oreo cookie.

Jamaican:  Creamy filling swirled with Hot Butter Rum and Fresh pineapple crusted with a macadamia nut crust.

Strawberry Cheesecake:  Creamy cheese filling with a pecan graham crust topped with fresh glazed strawberries. 

Lemon Crème:  A pecan crusted baked with creamy tart lemon filling topped with lemon curd.

Banana Fudge Cheesecake:  Creamy banana cheese filling layered with choc. Fudge cake.

Marble Cheesecake:  Creamy cheesecake marbled with chocolate cream, with a pecan crust

Tequila Lime Cheesecake:  Key lime cheese filling splashed with Tequila baked in a graham cracker crust.

Pina Colada Cheesecake:  Creamy Pina Colada Cheese filling baked with a graham crust.

Red Velvet Marsela Cheesecake:  Cream cheese filling baked with red velvet cake and splashed with Marsela wine, in a pecan/graham crust

Black and White Cheesecake:  Brandy cheesecake baked with chocolate fudge cake and chocolate truffles with a pecan/graham crust.

Brandy Peach Cheesecake:  Sliced peaches splashed with brandy in creamy cheese filling with almond crust.

Raspberry Rum Cheesecake:  Tart raspberries soaked in rum and folded in creamy cheese filling with an almond crust.

Pumpkin Haupia : 

Creamy pumpkin cheese filling topped with Haupia pudding and crusted in macadamia nut/oreo crust.

Creamy filling baked with a layer of white cake splashed with strawberry and passion couli with a pecan crust.

Blue Hawaii: 

Pecan crust with coconut macaroons, splashed with mango, passion, and pineapple juices,  baked in Blue Curacao cheesecake crème.

 

FROZEN  DESSERTS

Grasshopper Torte:  Crème de Meathe mousse layered with chocolate gateau and crusted with an oreo crust.

 

Cappuccino Torte:  Cappuccino Mousse layered with chocolate gateau crusted with oreo.

 

Spumone:  Layered cherry, chocolate, and orange crème with a white gateau.

 

Baked Alaska:  Praline and dark cherry ice cream on a white gateau splashed with Kirschwasser. 12-14 servings

 Strawberry Baked Alaska: (frozen dessert)  Strawberry ice cream crusted with a white sponge cake, iced with meringue that’s browned and garnished with strawberries.
