WEDDING and SPECIAL OCCATION CAKE INFORMATION

There are a few points to consider in pricing of a wedding cake:

a) cost of ingredients

b) cost of labor: (creating special decorations)

c) type of decorations used: (chocolate, fondant, pastilliage, sugar work, etc…)

d) size of cake needed: (some customers want a larger cake for their small party)

We try to find out the customers budget and work from there, to a satisfied medium.

a) cake size and servings: based on 1”x2” cut.

b) Cakes are 2 to 4 layers (round double layer cake depending on design.)

c) We have round, square, oval and paisley shapes available, or Dwayne can work with an origional idea.

Sheet Cakes: 2”x2” (weddings) ***

9x13” ¼ sheet cake> 24 servings

12x18” ½ sheet cake> 48 servings

18x26” full sheet cake> 96 servings

FOR SPECIAL occasions we recommend letting us know the amount of people for the Party and what flavors and your budget. Dwayne is very creative and loves to do different shapes and designs for cakes. There is more to life than sheet cakes.
